Kinnickinnic State Park

Kinnickinnic State Park is a day-use park with camping limited to boats.  It offers boat camping for up to 110 boats on the sand delta where the Kinnickinnic River enters the St. Croix. 
 All boats must be self-contained.  $15.00 per boat/per night.

 

Eau Galle Lake Recreation Area near Spring Valley.

 

 The Eau Galle Flood Control Project with its dam, lake, recreation areas and channel improvements was initiated in 1958 to control flooding in the Spring Valley area.
The dam is the largest earthen dam in the Midwest.

 Main Day Use Area: Features picnic shelters, large playground area, boat launch (only electric motors allowed), courtesy dock, and fishing dock. Free parking.

 Lousy Creek Access

                 Access to the Mississippi and St Croix rivers

 

Public launching ramps are available in:

· Prescott WI located just south of the railroad bridge off of South Front Street

· Hager City WI west of the Red Wing Bridge on Hwy 63

· Maiden Rock at the river park  at the end of Co Rd. S
